1) Clean up and organize my office area (which spans my desk, a set of drawers, a filing cabinet and a bookshelf).

2) Purge and organize Bit's downstairs toys, particularly this shelf.
I naturally came up with more, but I need to focus and adding to the list will just distract me. And possibly discourage me. My main problem ISN'T procrastination. It's really lack of time. I work a full-time job, cook dinner every night, empty the dishwasher daily, pack lunches, as well as entertaining my toddler for the 90 minutes we have together in the evening (and the 30-45 min we have as a family once N gets home). Then there's regular chores: laundry, cleaning. And although we don't have cable, every once in a while I like to watch something with my hubby. Can't be all work, no play. So, I'm just saying...it's hard to find time for side projects!
Ack! Enough excuses!

(The rest of my list for later)
3) Set up spreadsheet for home improvement/maintenance costs (supposed to have started in April!)
4) Get a plumber to fix our hose spigots (both leaking)
5) See if home warranty will cover an evaluation of our dishwasher (does it need maintenance, repair, replacement?)

Welcome to the Procrastination Challenge! You're off to a great start. . . stick to a small, manageable list and you're sure to be successful. The Challenge will be monthly, so you can always do more next month. Can't wait to see your "after" pics!
Keep up the great work!
That's a great list! I, too, encourage you to start small and schedule things around your time.. it is amazing what you can manage to do in a 10 - 15 minute stretch... do one section at a time, etc..... Looking forward to the after pix! :)
It looks like you have some good projects to work on! You'll fell so much better after they are finished!
